Shipping Policy
▶ Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During high-volume periods, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

We ship orders using trusted carriers including:
- USPS
- UPS
- FedEx
Carrier selection is based on delivery speed, destination, and package size.
▶ Shipping Rates
We offer free standard shipping on all regular orders within the United States.
Expedited shipping options are available at checkout and pricing is calculated based on delivery location and selected shipping speed.
Shipping costs for expedited delivery will be clearly displayed before completing your purchase.
▶ Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times after shipment:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
▶ Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.

▶ Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses.
Mitt-Mount is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for reshipping fees.
▶ Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery timing and handling are outside of our control.
If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier first.

We will do our best to assist with carrier claims when possible.
▶ Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include photos of:
- The damaged product
- The packaging
- The shipping label
We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
▶ Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been processed or shipped.
If you need to request a change, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
